Houston Marsh Submitted by Robin Sterling The Blount County Journal, 16 Jun 1911 Death of Houston Marsh In the death of Houston Marsh which occurred at his home near Nectar, Tuesday, Blount county, loses one of her most highly esteemed citizens. Mr. Marsh had been in declining health for some months past. At the time of his death he was about 65 years of age and was a member of the Baptist church. Rev. D.D. Head conducted the funeral service and his remains were laid to rest in Nectar cemetery.
